The Transtec Group, Inc. was the lead investigator of the FHWA/TPF IC research team. Under this FHWA project “DTFH61-07-R-00032: Accelerated Implementation of Intelligent Compaction Technology for Embankment Subgrade Soils, Aggregate Base, and Asphalt Pavement Materials”, the starting framework of the IC Viewer Software and preliminary IC data analysis, processing, viewing, extraction guidelines were developed. This tool, along with the guidelines, require further enhancements prior to implementation on Mn/DOT projects. No other Consultants/Universities, have been directly involved with the development of the IC Viewer Software beta version or current data processing guidelines, and consequently, The Transtec Group, Inc. is the most qualified for continuation of this work.
