Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor had excellent schedule maintenance and the projected was completed within the original schedule.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor provided clear and complete reports with good-quality data. All work plan objectives were met, and the quality of deliverables was good.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Two change orders were needed to move money in order to deal with changing conditions that were out of the contractor's and the MPCA's hands. No amendments were needed, and there were no disuputed invoices.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Paulse Wiese has done a really good job on managing this project.
