Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor struggled to adhere to the monitoring schedule in 2013, however they improved over time and the work plan goals were accomplished by the end of the work period.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor provided data and deliverables of good quality. Reports were clear and conplete and all work plan objectives were met.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor had good budget management. One change order was needed to adjust staff hours. There were no disputed or incorrectly submitted invoices.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Grantee struggled to meet E. coli holding times as well as adhering to the monitoring schedule in 2013. Several make up samples were collected in 2014 that resulted in accomplishing work plan goals.
