Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The grantee had good schedule maintenance, and the project was completed within the original schedule.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The grantee had some problems with missed sampling events due to staff turnover. Otherwise, the contractor provided data of good quality. They were able to make up the missing samples after the MPCA communicated this issue to them

Evaluate the contractor's cost The grantee had problems submitting invoices correctly- balances from previous invoices were often not carried forward.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Staff changes resulted in missed sampling events. After communicating with the grantee what the sampling requirements were they were able to make up the missed samples. Invoice accuracy was inconsistent throughout the grant period. Overall their performance was satisfactory.
