The contractor had satisfactory schedule maintenance, which improved over the course of the project. All deliverables were received on time, and the project was completed within the original schedule.
The contractor accomplished the contract goals, and provided data of excellent quality. The reports that were made were complete and clear.
the contractor had satisfactory budget management. Two change orders were needed to account for extra staff time and sample shipping charges. There were some errors in accounting for shipping charges, and overcharged in lab analysis for samples that were not collected.
Very satisfied with the outcome of the grant. Stream and lake data is of high quality but missed collecting stream photos during the second year of monitoring. Also, recommend that Lake SWCD put additional effort in accounting for their invoices and billable items. Commonly find errors within their reimbursement requests.
