Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor had excellent schedule management and completed the project within the original schedule.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Deliverables and data were of good quality. The work plan objectives were met, and reports were clear and complete.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor had good budget management. There were no disputed invoices. Two change orders were needed in order to move money around.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The Onanegozie staff were excellent to work with. Their overall performance and communication reflects the dedication they gave to the success of the grant. In addition, the final report and the detail in it indicates their determination and resolve in managing the grant.
