Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor completed the project within the original schedule, and had excellent schedule maintenance. All deliverables were received on time.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor did an excellent job of adhering to program requirements. The data provided was of excellent quality and the reports were clear and complete.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor did an excellent job of managing the budget. All invoices were submitted accurately. No change orders or amendments were needed to adjust the budget.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance WCD did a really good job and assisted in another Surface Water Assessment Grant where the grant sponsor dissolved prior to the completion of their grant.
