Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor delivered clear and complete reports containing data of excellent quality. The contractor also did an excellent job of adhering to program requirements.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor had excellent budget management. There were no incorrectly submitted or disputed invoices.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance WCD did a really good job and assisted in another Surface Water Assessment Grant where the grant sponsor dissolved prior to completion of their grant.
