Evaluate the contractor's timeliness All deliverables were received on time, and the contractor had good schedule maintenance. The project was completed within the original schedule.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor did an excellent job of accomplishing the contract goals. The reports were clear and complete and contained excellent-quality data.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Three change orders were needed to adjust the budget: site location was moved due to another grant sampling the same location. Money was also moved around to cover shortfall for equipment and balance budget at the end of the project. The contractor had excellent budget maintenance.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Goodhue County has done a very good job.
