Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor had satisfactory schedule management. The project was not completed on time because the sampling seasons have been too dry to collect aquatic organisms, also this is a very complex project covering new ground, and the consultant staff have a lot of work on their plates right now.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor provided clear and complete reports and the quality of deliverables (when received) was good.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor had satisfactory budget management. There were no disputed invoices, though some were submitted incorrectly.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Technical Wenck is very good, but the products they submit to us need to have more internal review/editing before they are submitted to the MPCA.
