The project was not finished on time because the stakeholders requested more time. However, the contractor could have improved their schedule maintenance so that less time was necessary.
The contractor provided deliverables of good quality
The contractor had good budget management. One contract amendment was needed because the extension of time increased costs.
The contractor was very organized, had good attention to detail, was good at planning. However, in certain instances, MEI made its own internal decisions that it would not change to accomodate the needs of the MPCA. They explianed they did not consider MPCA a customer, but rather a partner. On two occasions they moved forward with actions before consulting the MPCA. There were aspects of working with this contractor that were very good, and in the end we were left with a mostly positive product, but due to some of the struggles we had, I would have to think about it and make sure that the project was a good fit before I hired this contractor again.
