Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Finished ahead of schedule, working on a VERY aggressive, very short timeframe.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Vendor really worked hard to make sure we were happy. In the middle of the process, they were willing to change out a series of images that we had originally agreed upon, but later determined weren't working. The vendor made that change on their dime, because they wanted us to be happy and proud of the finished product.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Very professional, outlined a process and then sent weekly status report updates and scheduled weekly or bi-weekly video calls as needed to keep the project on-time and on-budget.
