Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor provided deliverables and data of good quality.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor has satisfactory budget management. No invoices were disputed, and no change orders or amendments were needed.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance This was a very complex grant and Cass ESD did a good job of managing all elements of this project. Invoices were often difficult to understand and recommend that their reimbursment spreadsheet match the line items within their work plan for any future grants. Subcontractors were often late with deliverables which required additional attention from Cass ESD but overall the quality of the deliverables was high.
