The contractor’s timeliness did not meet expectations. Deadlines for completion of deliverables & follow up items were missed throughout the project, and typically required additional follow up from the agency to resolve.
The quality of work did not meet expectations. Initial drafts of plans contained incorrect information, grammatical/formatting errors, and lacked the level of detail to meet state's continuity planning requirements. Initial site visits by consultants did not collect adequate/accurate information, and follow up communication with agency locations was poor. Multiple drafts of plans were required to achieve a workable finished product; this required agency staff to spend large amounts of time proofreading documents.
Costs were within the scope of the contract.
The overall performance of this contractor did not meet project expectations.
