Very responsive. They have strong communications systems so I always knew when my deliverables were coming and if there was a timing issue, I knew that in advance as well.
Quality service was provided. We worked with a strong team that had QC systems in place. With my time being short, I always knew the products provided were clean and accurate. Typically, more than one member of their team would have reviewed the reports and questionnaires before they came to MnDOT.
Fitting for the services provided. These were weekly surveys and discussions which are labor intensive while also managing the panel every day.
Excellent. I’m impressed with their critical thinking, strategic approach to the challenges we faced and their customer service.
