The primary goal of this project is to provide technical support and maintenance for the ARTS applications; and also provide training and knowledge transfer to State staff. The Contractor will:
*.Provide technical support and maintenance of the Next Generation Automated Research Tracking System (ARTS).
*Provide support to users in the use and operation of ARTS
*Design, develop and implement new enhancements to the applications
*Support ARTS users by developing new reports and maintaining existing reports in the Crystal Enterprise environment.
*Provide training to State technical staff as needed.
*Provide technical knowledge transfer to State technical staff as needed.
