This project sought to identify such parcels in D8 while also providing an estimate of the cost necessary to do so for the remainder of MnDOT right-of-way outside Metro. Since MnDOT district staff are already committed to program delivery needs, a consultant was secured for this effort.

I was very pleased with the level of communication and cooperation SRF put into this project, particularly given that this was a pilot effort on a constrained timeline.
