Excavation oversight for removal of up to five hydraulic hoists, up to one associated Aboveground Storage Tank (AST), and associated piping;
Excavation oversight for removal of up to one former fuel oil Underground Storage Tank (UST) and associated piping;
Assistance managing contaminated soil, groundwater, and waste materials encountered during the construction project and the hoist/tank removals;
Assistance meeting regulatory requirements and documenting work;
Assistance conducting a Limited Site Investigation (LSI) of the property based petroleum contamination encountered at the site during hoist and/or tank removals.
