We used Scott’s .Net framework knowledge and TRA.Net application experience at TRA to help lead the upgrade along with TRA IT staff which will included documentation and knowledge transfer to our in-house development team.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Scott always arrived on time to work. He was always punctual and fully aware of his duties and responsibilities producing quality work and usually ahead schedule.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Scott’s quality of work was of high standards, accurate, thorough and timely. He always produced work above and beyond what was expected throughout the contract.

Evaluate the contractor's cost It was fair and current with the market at the time of the work being performed.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Scott was the ultimate contractor. He was great with realizing the vision of TRA.Net and was willing to help on every aspect the project. His work ethic was top notch along with the quality of his work. He was a huge asset to our team and will be greatly missed.
