Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: Braun will conduct Vapor Intrusion (VI) investigation activities and oversee drilling contractors at up to 20 various sites as determined by the MPCA project manager. The VI investigation activities will evaluate the potential for vapor intrusion to nearby receptors associated with previously closed releases. Soil gas, sub-slab soil vapor, ambient outdoor air, and indoor air samples will be collected to support this effort. Results of each VI investigation will be presented in formal reports. Contracting will be done in accordance with the MPCA Contracting and Subcontracting Purchasing Manual.
