Wood was very prompt at responding back to me, accomplishing work needed in a timely manner, and working on issues right away.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Very Satisfied
Wood was very good at communicating any issues that came up which helped with the overall quality of work. Wood was always willing to join in on a meeting with all parties involved when we had to work out issues at individual properties (ex. Crawl space venting at residential home). Wood would also provide me with various options of cost savings when creating the scope of work, as well as worked to get all the work complete by the end of the fiscal year.

Wood’s cost is comparible to other contractor’s work and they would did the research to get the cheapest, but most quality work from sub-contractors (laboratory).

Wood completed the scope of work for this FY22 work order, communicated with me in a timely manner, was always willing to work out issues and ask the MPCA questions, and handed reports and invoices in on time.
