Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: AECOM will oversee the installation of three bedrock aquifer observation wells (via rotosonic drilling methods) at the location selected to be the next priority (Area 2) for the future completion of an aquifer pumping test along the Project 1007 conveyance system, within the Lake Elmo Park Reserve. One of the wells will be drilled to an estimated depth of 350 feet and the other two will be drilled to an estimated depth of 300 feet each. AECOM will hire a drilling subcontractor in accordance with the purchasing manual included in the Master Contract.
