Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall, IWI performed well in most areas of the contract and I would recommend them as a MPCA partner moving forward. Sampling MPCA’s WPLMN sites was done well, sampled when necessary and as often as needed per the contract. Communication was satisfactory and attendance was good at bi-weekly check-ins for all staff. One area of improvement would be in Canvas (data) entry. Having Canvas entries done by the deadlines per the contract could be improved as well as some of the data quality (errors in data). However, overall I am satisfied with IWIs performance.
