DeYoung did a great job managing the process. They lead the communication and were really good at getting back to us to address questions and keep the project on track.
The quality of their work was great, whether that was their communications to the team, presentations, interviews they conduct or the final report they developed for our team.
The project was time intensive and involved a lot of hours to conduct personal interviews and focus groups. The consultants costs were in-line with other proposals and were a good value.
DeYoung did a great job and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to other organizations.
