Committee prefers to use an engineering communications consultant to perform the specific tasks outlined in the outreach
support contract due the consultantâ??s knowledge and experience with the engineering community. Additionally, the Office of
Research & Innovation does not have sufficient staffing to perform all the activities outlined in the contract.
