Evaluate the contractor's timeliness generally met contractual timeliness requirements. Occasionally fell behind a couple of days, but always caught up again. Most timeliness issues were due to DHS underestimating the work volume.

Evaluate the contractor's quality No concerns. Reviews were completed according to contractual specifications.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Cost was based on competitively bid contract. We did negotiate an increase based on labor shortages for nurses.
