Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor, Linda Garrett-Johnson (The Word Applied) did an amazing job keeping the project moving forward and did her best to keep it on schedule. However, COVID and the readiness of partners put a strain on the project and let to an extended timeline. However, if it wasn’t for Linda’s project management skills, the project would have taken even longer to complete.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The result of the project was amazing and we are excited about what Linda developed for our team and counties. The equitable engagement guide she developed will be a great resource for counties to use to bring the people they serve into the evaluation of services being delivered.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The costs were reasonable and based on the end result we feel good about the value of the project.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Awesome work! Linda is an amazing facilitator, project manager and report writer. We really enjoyed working with Linda and are exploring other projects where she could grow the capacity of our team and work.
