Evaluate the contractor's quality The work was performed to a high standard and the Vendor communicated with the State regarding sample issues.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Mayo portal was easy to access for resulting, if there was an invoicing error that issue was promptly addressed by the Vendor. Overall, the Vendor successfully performed all duties under this contract.
