Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Vendor provided quick responses to email and phone request.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Vendor work on issues once requested by the IOC. Vendor would assist the IOC on issues and was able to contact and work with Ricoh software support if he needed more information to resolve the issue. Vendor was able to perform all request timely and professionally.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Vendor provided a lower cost than if we used Ricoh Software support not covered in maintenance support.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Vendor provided excellent services when completing requested support. Vendor would provide a quick response and would work on issues timely. Vendor contract Software provider as need to complete the service request.
