Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: The Minnesota Department of Information Technology Services (MNIT) partnering with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) utilized LogiSolv to resource an Oracle Forms Developer/Database Developer position. The Resource Consumption Application (RCA) is being replaced and MnDOT needs utilized the resource to document the Oracle Forms back end code in current state. The State also requested this resource to be able to support RCA Oracle Forms programming, reporting, and database administration.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness LogiSolve worked with the State to document the current state of the Business Expenses module of the RCA application. It is anticipated that this module will be modernized and development in C#.NET as part of the overall RCA retirement. All deliverables were provided on time.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Logisolve reviewed all documentation with the State and provided all deliverables with high quality.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Logisolve has provided good value for the cost.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Logisolve was responsive to business and data questions and ensured that all documentation was completed. The contract ended early per the State's request as permanent State employee development resources were hired and future work can now be performed by State employees. Logisolve was very accommodating and cooperative, and a great vendor to work with.
