Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: This program aims to dispel misinformation about COVID-19 vaccine within the East African (Somali, Sudanese, Ethiopian, Kenyan, Oromo), Afghan and Latinx immigrant communities while increasing awareness of the benefits of vaccination. SCRSOC will do outreach to teach the community the difference in testing options and how to use the COVID-19 at home testing kits at community events, vaccination clinics, and walk-ins. This will be accomplished by a combination of professional, personal, and digital outreach strategies by trusted members of the community.
