Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor met deadlines and if any timeline changes were anticipated, discussed these well ahead of time so schedules could be coordinated.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Everyone from AWS team welcomed continual improvement and encouraged MDH feedback on any gaps. Documentation guidelines were established early on and followed.

Evaluate the contractor's cost AWS originally planned to engage a higher cost staff and as discovery went along, brought in more cost-effective team members which were able to complete the work just fine.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Great communication, good team leadership with sprints and agile ceremonies. Technical and administrative roles performed well and met expectations.
