Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor met timelines as quickly as possible and arranged for filming of project while needing to meet MN DHS COVID 19 protocols and safety measures. The project was late, but only because the pandemic created an environment in which the contractor could not film training modules until much later than originally anticipated.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Quality was as anticipated. Contractor accepted all feedback and strove to meet the needs of the agency, going beyond original scope due to staffing needs. Modules were accessible and met the requirements of the original contract.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor met the budget despite adjusting for changes in staffing during the course of the project.
