Evaluate the contractor's quality Contractor’s quality was good. The work requested, transcribing audio recordings, is frequently hard to understand. Contractor put forth effort to understand the recordings, and noted when the work could not be understood.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor’s cost was acceptable, in line with other service providers when the contract was initiated and within the state’s permissible charges.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Excellent. The contractor was responsive to our needs. She was available for questions. Her work was prompt. Even when she was undergoing extenuating work/personal circumstances, she continued to provide us service. Our interviews can be difficult to understand and the contractor clearly noted when something was not clear.
