Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: MSR will engage the African American community around COVID-19 and Monkeypox with a primary focus on the greater Twin Cities metro area. Our Points of emphasis will be Vaccination promotion, Public Safety, and prevention of spread and Public Awareness in hopes of addressing and reversing the racial disparities prevalent in the Black community in healthcare access and information dissemination. MSR will utilize print, digital and social channels to distribute this vital lifesaving information and address our audiences in culturally specific language that decreases vulnerability to the virus.
