Program, MnDOT is to â??initial a Greater Minnesota shared mobility network that includes creation of a Greater Minnesota
Consortium of Partners.â?? The Twin Cities Shared Mobility Collaborative (SMC) serves as such a consortium for the Metro
area, and the Center for Transportation Studies (CTS), which administer the SMC, was proposing expanding the scope of the
SMC to include Greater Minnesota with MnDOT funding of their proposal. The CTS is the administrative organization for the
SMC and the only entity authorized to perform this work.
