Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contractor's timeliness was excellent. The contractor had to adapt to the construction contractor's schedule, which included
longer work hours and work weeks than is usual. Also, the construction schedule changed during the duration of the work, often
with little to no notice. Contractor kept up with it with no issues.
