Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor attended meetings, invoices and reports were not on time and the contractor often needed prompting to send them in.

Evaluate the contractor's quality This contractor produces excellent testimonial videos.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The cost of video production is very reasonable, however relying on the contractor to distribute the videos would not be the best way to use this contractor.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The contractor creates excellent videos. It seemed at times, that the contractor had some difficulty with organization and keeping track of billing, and the steps need to get MDH approval of the created videos. I think that when working with this contractor it is important to keep in frequent contact and be very clear and specific. This contractor produces excellent testimonial videos, however relying on him to disseminate the videos might not be the best use of his strengths.
