Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): We had a disrespectful crew leader from a northern spike crew that we sent home and refused to use again. CCM replaced that crew with a different crew. The issue got addressed with the crew leader by CCM.
