The Aliveness Project conducted a comprehensive marketing and communications campaign about the COVID-19 vaccine, and other COVID-19 and monkeypox information focused on the LGBTQ+* community and agency clients (the majority of whom identify as LGBTQ+). We created and disseminated culturally relevant digital and print marketing pieces as targeted ads in LGBTQ+ focused outlets. Coordinated and conducted one to six COVID-19 vaccine clinics in coordination with the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH). Disseminated up to date COVID-19 vaccination information and resources in the community of focus.

The contractor was timely when submitting reports and invoices and responded to e-mails and phone calls in a timely fashion. The were also on-time for meetings.
The quality of the work they do is excellent.
The cost is reasonable.
The overall performance of this contractor was excellent. About halfway through or so they had a staffing transition which set them back as a new project lead came on.
