The contractor delivered materials as promised and communicated with Agency program staff regarding material deadlines and the time required to produce them.
The marketing materials were of high quality and the outreach plan reached eligible homeowners across the state. Neka presented a comprehensive outreach strategy and evaluated the results, leading to a decision to put more into media buys and less into a television campaign after seeing early results.
The cost for developing the outreach plan was appropriate for the strategy involved and detailed work plan, and the marketing materials were clean, professional and effective and worth the cost. Media buys are costs out of the contractors control but the mix of media placements was appropriate for the program.
Neka Creative delivered excellent materials in a timely manner at a competitive cost. They are a strong partner in both strategy and implementation.
