The purpose of the contract was to complete community engagement (interviews, focus groups, PhotoVoice), document review, engagement with state agencies and provide trainings and supports to support the completion of a needs assessment and strategic plan, as well as two standalone project reports for Community Resource Hubs and Community Solutions.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Very satisfactory. The contractor met all established deadlines throughout the course of the project. They were communicative about project timelines in order to meet tasks, including ensuring state staff had ample time to review at every milestone and deliverable.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Very satisfactory. The contractor’s quality was outstanding at every juncture. The contractor was well prepared for meetings and engagements, highly communicative, produced very strong deliverables that were responsive to information gathered, visually appealing and meeting accessibility standards.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Very reasonable. The contractor’s cost was fair and aligned with the tasks and work products from the contract.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Exceptional. I hope to have the opportunity to work with this contractor again. Beyond the timeliness, quality and cost of their work being excellent, the contractor worked to center equity and brought innovative project methods that strengthened the work beyond what we imagined in our original RFP.
