The Arc staff engaged self-advocates in developing plain-language communications and engage translation services to provide information in at least Spanish, Somali, and Hmong. The Arc tracks information obtained by individual advocacy and through partnerships to inform future work and resource development.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Contractor has satisfactorily fulfilled the terms of the contract.
