Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contractor frequently submits reports and invoices 2-3 months after the due date. Contractor is not timely on their report and invoice submissions.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Contractor’s quality of work is satisfactory and meets workplan and deliverables proposed. Recommendations to provide more variety messaging using MDH videos were not taken into consideration. There were some deliverables that were below 50% completion.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Contractor’s costs are aligned with the proposed workplan and projects.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Contractor reaches has a unique and great tool to reach the Hmong, API and other communities on a large scale, but vendor did not deliver a successful workplan completion even when technical assistance was offered.
