Evaluate the contractor's quality This was a new type of project for MnDOT and required input from several MnDOT functional areas. TKDA was helpful and
flexible in responding to changing expectations and fulfilling our needs as we discovered them over the course of the contract. I
would happily recommend this firm in providing this service on other projects.
