With a bridge needing to be replaced, the rest of the corridor needed to be modeled to determine how to optimize this and
future improvements. In the time of the contract this bridge was identified as an IIJA bridge to replace and this project allowed
it to be properly designed with this information. This was not able to be accomplished in this timeline within MnDOT.
