Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Moriarty responded promptly to all MnDOT's requests. Moriarty was available to MnDOT staff via cell phone if issues arose
during construction that needed to be addressed quickly.

Evaluate the contractor's quality It was immediately clear that Moriarty was a subject matter expert in CPM schedule review. They were easy to work with a
provided a major benefit to MnDOT's construction admin staff. Information provided by Moriarty was timely and professional.
When MnDOT additional requests were made, Moriarty responded in a timely manner.
