Evaluate the contractor's timeliness LHB supplied construction staking in a timely manner, and did an excelent job of reacting to changes that inevitably occurr
during construction of and urban area.

Evaluate the contractor's quality As stated previously, LHB's field staff and management staff were excellent to work with. LHB met with MnDOT prior to the
project to understand the project's needs and worked very well with MnDOT construction staff in the field.
The subcontracted survey crew was adequate but there were times when they needed additional assistance from MnDOT staff in
order to complete their work.
