The contractor did not submit majority of invoices and reports on time and missed several biweekly meetings. Contractor needed prompting to sending the invoices, reports and to attend the required biweekly meetings
The quality of the contractor’s deliverable was satisfactory.
Contractor’s deliverable cost was reasonable and satisfactory.
Performance was satisfactory from a deliverable standpoint; however, there were persistent communication issues with the contractor, and needed frequent follow-up and reminders to submit invoices and reports. Although the contractor had some communication issues and the timeliness of invoices and reports, the overall performance was good. They provided tailored messaging/outreach to the target population and quality deliverables.
