Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: Our TPI Project included preliminary and final design of Miller Creek Culvert and Preliminary and Final Railroad Coordination
to develop temporary track alignments and final track alignments with BNSF, and drainage design. TKDA was consulted to lead
this major effort with development of preliminary and final plans. This contract was needed to successfully collaborate with
BNSF and our Contractor to develop construction plans within highly congested BNSF yard adjacent to TPI Project.
